All Sales Are Final:

• No Returns: We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product, or incorrect item ordered. All sales are considered final.
• Final Sale: Every item in our inventory is marked as a final sale item. This means that once you have made a purchase, the item cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged (see the section below for details on damaged items).

Damaged Items:

While we take every measure to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition, we understand that there may be instances when items are received in a damaged state. In such cases, we are committed to making it right for you:

Report Damage: If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team within seven Days days of receiving the order. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your damaged item return.

Return Authorization: Our Customer Service team will assess the reported damage and, if necessary, issue a return authorization for the damaged item.

Return Process: Follow the return instructions provided by our Customer Service team to return the damaged item. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refund or Replacement: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference and item availability.

Please note that any damage reported after seven Days days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for a return or replacement.
